  • A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed, giving you peace of mind that your payment was successfully received. Please check your order details if you did not receive this notification.
  • Pre-made letterman jackets take 14-18 business days to arrive at the provided address.
  • Creating a unique design for a specific client always takes more time.
  • Please make sure that the address you provide is correct so that your package can be delivered on time.
  • We guarantee that you will be informed of any changes made to the status of your order so that you always know where your order is currently.
  • Our professional delivery services will call you before bringing the package.
  • Just give us a call if you were out of town when the package was scheduled to arrive, and we’ll arrange for another delivery as soon as possible.

  • As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we will begin working on your jacket and send it to the address you provide as soon as it is completed.
  • Assuming no unforeseen complications arise, we aim to get all orders shipped out to customers within 14-18 business days.
  • More time and money are needed to develop a product that is customized to the individual needs of each customer.
  • Every time you give us a deadline, we’ll do our best to beat it. There may be a time when you need to be patient with us or our partner.
  • If you want your order delivered somewhere specific, please be as detailed as possible.
